Turkey, Tofu, and Cauliflower

I concocted a saute dish one night in an attempt to be healthy. It turned out great! So flavorful! Unfortunately since it was from scratch, I didn’t write down any of the ingredient quantities. Here is the gist and maybe you can plan around to perfect it to your liking.

1 lb ground turkey
1 package firm tofu, drained, cubed
1 head of cauliflower, cut into flourets
1 pck mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1  tbsp flour for thickening
1/8 cup of milk
dash of garlic salt, pepper, red chili flakes

1. Steam cauliflower until tender ~15min
2. Meanwhile, brown turkey meat and set aside
3. In same pan add oil to saute onions, mushroom, tofu (I used peanut oil for an asian flavor) until tofu is lightly browned
4. Combine meat and cauliflower to pan and stir in remaining ingredients, adjusting spices to taste
5. Serve over brown rice for a healthy, hearty dinner!
